Paul Masters has worked in the talent acquisition and talent operations fields since 2015. Paul began their career as the Founder & CEO of Staffer, an expert talent acquisition and on-demand staffing platform with 4M ARR. In 2020, they became the Founder & Coach of Superhuman, an on-demand portal with 120K ARR. In 2022, they became the Co-Founder & CEO of Marinely, a building app, as well as the GTM Talent Partner for Altrata, Glue Up, Amazon, Google, and Qualtrics. Paul is currently the Talent Operations Partner for FVI School of Nursing and Technology.
