Neil Matthews

Neil Matthews currently serves as the Trusts & Partnerships Manager at Glyndebourne since March 2015, where responsibilities include achieving fundraising targets for various projects and managing relationships with Arts Council England. Prior to this role, Neil Matthews worked at boost consultancy (asphaleia Ltd) from September 2011 to March 2015 as a Senior Project Coordinator, overseeing apprenticeship programs and training initiatives for small businesses, and provided support services across several sectors as a Junior Consultant. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a BSc in Psychology with Sports Science from Nottingham Trent University.
