Danny Williams has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2017, they founded Next Level Consultancy Limited, a sales, marketing, and events consultancy company. Danny also founded and hosted Next Level Networking UK in 2019, offering professional networking and social events across the UK. In 2018, Danny founded and managed Next Level Marketing Agency Ltd, a creative marketing agency based in Manchester. Danny also served as the president of the Manchester Borough and Business Group at the Greater Manchester Chamber, working to promote business growth in central Manchester. Additionally, Danny has worked as the Brand and Partnerships Director at Wellnergy Festival, a wellness-focused event, and as the Marketing Lead at Bilfinger UK, an engineering and maintenance provider. Danny has also held roles as a student coach at The Coaching Academy and as the Chief Marketing Officer at Altbe. Danny has been an active member of the Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce and has co-founded The IT Crowd UK, a peer-to-peer community for in-house IT professionals.

Danny Williams attended Cheadle & Marple Sixth Form College's Cheadle Campus from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained their A Level degree in Law, Psychology, and French.
