Prior to this role, Chantal worked as a Hearing Aid Specialist at Beter Horen from April 2007 to January 2011, where certification as StAr certified was achieved, providing expertise in hearing aid counseling and fittings. Chantal obtained a Master's degree in Communication Studies from Radboud University and completed training at the Audiciens Academy.
