James Speake is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in digital and web development. Currently serving as Tech Lead at Go Vocal since May 2022, James previously held the position of Engineering Lead at Shelby Finance Limited from October 2021 to April 2022. James spent over a decade at Good Things Foundation, where the role of Head of Digital involved overseeing digital strategy and a technical team of 12. Earlier experiences include positions as IT Systems Manager at Good Things Foundation, Portal Development Manager at UFI, and New Media Designer at the University of Sheffield, all contributing to a robust skill set in managing technical teams and web systems. James holds a BSc (Hons) in Electronic Imaging and Media Communications from the University of Bradford.
