Divya Singhal

Divya Singhal serves as a member of the Board of Governors and chairperson of the Centre for Social Sensitivity and Action at the Goa Institute of Management, where significant contributions have been made since January 2006. The Centre, established in 2013, connects GIM with the community and reflects the institute's commitment to responsible management education. Divya has held various academic positions, including professor, associate professor, and assistant professor, with previous roles at institutions such as Sobhasaria Engineering College and Government Engineering College, Ajmer. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Humanities and Social Sciences and an M.A. in Economics from Maharshi Dayanand Sarswati University, an FDPM from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and participation in the International Teachers Programme at the China Europe International Business School. Divya's career began in journalism, working as a trainee journalist at Dainik Navajyoti, a leading Hindi newspaper in Rajasthan.
