Rosana Fernández Espeso is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at GOAL SYSTEMS since January 2022, Rosana also holds the position of Directora at RFE By Ro since July 2021 and is a member of EJE&CON. Previously, Rosana was the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at ROOM MATE GROUP and HR Director at Room Mate Hotels, contributing significantly to strategic HR initiatives and performance management systems. Rosana’s career includes pivotal roles at SABMiller, Elsevier, Altadis, Linklaters, and Equifax Ibérica, showcasing expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development. Academically, Rosana holds a Licenciatura en Derecho from Universidad CEU San Pablo and a Master in Marketing and Communication of Fashion and Luxury from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
