Chris Carter is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer support, operations management, and process optimization. Currently serving as a Process Optimisation Specialist at Goboony since February 2023, Chris is responsible for enhancing support processes utilizing ZenDesk and analyzing data for improvements. Previously, Chris held the role of Supporter Experience Manager at Harlequins, overseeing fan engagement and matchday operations. With a substantial tenure at St Mary's University, Chris contributed as Assistant Head of Sport - Operations and managed the delivery of a £25m Sports Village.
