Sergey Sukharev

Sergey Sukharev is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in venture capital and investment analysis. Currently serving as a Principal at Rider Global since 2018, Sergey has been instrumental in establishing a fund, focusing on strategic planning, legal structuring, and portfolio management, while also sourcing and recommending investments in mobility, logistics, and marketplace sectors. In addition to this role, Sergey is a Board Member at both byways and GoComet. Previous experience includes serving as an Investment Analyst at InVenture Partners, where responsibilities included pipeline screening and financial modeling, and a Junior Analyst position at an M&A Boutique firm, where valuation models and industry analyses were developed. Sergey holds a Master of Science in Finance from Tilburg University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Higher School of Economics.
