Jesse Towsen is an experienced political professional with a strong background in external affairs and government operations. Currently serving as the Director of External Affairs at Goddard Riverside since July 2022, Jesse previously held the role of Senior Advisor for NYC Council Member Lincoln Restler during a transitional period from January to July 2022. Jesse's extensive experience includes serving as Chief of Staff for NYC Council Member Ben Kallos for seven years and as Campaign Manager for Kallos for Council. Earlier positions include Program Assistant at the International Debate Education Association, President of the College Democrats of Rhode Island, and various internships with political organizations such as the New Roosevelt Initiative and Obama for America. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Brown University.
