Matthias Volk

Matthias Volk is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the energy, infrastructure, and renewables sectors. Since August 2015, Matthias has served as Director - M&A at goetzpartners Corporate Finance, having previously held positions as Associate Director and Associate within the same firm. Prior to this role, Matthias gained valuable experience as a Senior Associate at Duff & Phelps from April 2012 to July 2015, and had brief roles in M&A and corporate finance at Rothschild & Co and BNP Paribas. Early career experience includes a position in private and business banking at Dresdner Bank. Matthias holds a Master's Degree in Management and Economics from Ulm University, obtained in 2011.
