Prior to that, Andy held various roles at Openreach, including Director UK Fibre Build and Regional Director for Fibre Build in UK North. Andy also worked at BT as a Programme Manager for Breakthrough Innovation. With a background in engineering and management, Andy has extensive experience in overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects, managing budgets, and working with various stakeholders at different levels within organizations. Andy's educational background includes a BEng(Hons) in Engineering with Management from Napier University.

GoFibre is a leading independent Scottish broadband provider and network builder, focused on rural and market towns up and down the East Coast. GoFibre was founded in 2017 in the Scottish Borders town of Duns, to address the need for faster broadband in rural areas, initially as a wireless broadband provider.
