Sebastian Pazderski

Sebastian Pazderski serves as the Manager of BI Analytics and Operational Analytics at GoHealth since January 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing the BI reporting and analytics team for the GoPartner Solutions business. Prior experience includes roles at Medela from November 2015 to January 2022, where Sebastian managed the Post-Market Surveillance team and quality projects while also establishing the Analytics department. Sebastian's earlier experience includes positions as a Complaint Data Analyst at State Farm and as a Customer Service Representative at Nordstrom. Sebastian holds a Master’s degree in Psychometrics and Quantitative Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from Illinois State University.
