Soon Hong brings with him over 20 years of executive and senior management roles under his belt. As a committed lifelong learner and relentless optimist, he believes that the hunger to learn while important, must be complemented with opportunities for individuals and organisations to flourish. As Managing Partner for Learning initiatives across Golden Equator's businesses, he continues to live by this belief to build the Group's learning capabilities while inspiring others to learn alongside him.

Prior to this role, Soon Hong's passion in technology saw him as COO and co-founder of the nugget, a fintech ecosystem that empowers individuals through knowledge and personal financial management tools. Before that, he was co-founder at Kando Group, and General Manager at First Advantage, where he built transformative growth plans and innovated business models that delivered market expansion plans and productivity gains.
