Paola Rota is an experienced professional in brand experience and retail operations, currently serving as the Head of Brand Experience and Retail Excellence Director at Golden Goose since March 2019. Prior to this role, Paola spent a decade at DOLCE&GABBANA S.r.l, holding positions including Worldwide Retail Operation and Europe Retail Assistant Manager. Previous experience includes a Controller role at Giorgio Armani Spa and an Opex Controller position at The Coca-Cola Company. Paola began their career as an Analyst at Pigreco Corporate Finance and completed an internship in the Control Department at Brembo Spa. Paola holds a Laurea L in Scienze Economiche, Amministrazione, Finanza, Controllo from Università Bocconi, where studies were undertaken from 1997 to 2002.
