Taren MacKie

Taren Mackie is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in disability management and human resources. Currently serving as a Medical Absences Specialist at WSP in Canada since January 2022, Taren manages short and long-term disability cases, coordinating with insurance providers for updates. Previously, Taren held roles including Disability Management Coordinator and Employee Experience Advisor at WSP, as well as Senior HR Advisor at Golder, where strategic HR alignment with business goals was key.
