Kamal Dhanoa

Kamal Dhanoa has extensive experience in human resources and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor in HR at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police since July 2012, Kamal also founded POP TikR, a startup focused on retail marketing technology, in January 2020. Previously, Kamal established Adsaki from February 2016 to January 2020, specializing in business development for startups. Prior experience includes a role in national recruiting, marketing, and outreach at Public Safety Canada from August 2008 to July 2012 and program management at the Edmonton Economic Development Corporation. Kamal started a career in market research as a project manager at Advanis in 2002. Educationally, Kamal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from McGill University.
