Joe Santiago

Joe Santiago is an experienced professional in compensation and human resources, currently serving as Vice President in Firmwide Compensation at Goldman Sachs since July 2015, with a progressive career at the company that includes roles from Analyst to Senior Analyst. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Joe held the position of Compensation Administrator at Aeropostale, providing comprehensive compensation advisement for a large employee base and managing annual bonus processes. Joe also has experience as a Bechtel Student Ambassador and HR Intern, contributing to workplace culture audits and training course development. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations and a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, both from Penn State University.
