Neela Pal

Neela Pal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate engagement and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as Vice President at Goldman Sachs, Neela leads the Client and External Engagement Strategy for Diversity & Inclusion, as well as the Office of Corporate Engagement, where philanthropic strategies emphasizing racial equity are designed and implemented. Neela also facilitates the Interpersonal Dynamics course at the Yale School of Management, focusing on leadership and group behavior. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at BDO FMA, where Neela worked on enhancing financial resilience in nonprofit organizations, and various positions in impact investing and program coordination. Neela holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Virginia.
