Kim Gay

Kim Gay is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in organizational leadership and communications across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff at Goodwill Industries - Big Bend, Inc. since February 2020, Kim focuses on project management, team building, and strategic planning to enhance programs for individuals facing employment barriers. Prior roles include Sr. Director of Communications at the League of Southeastern Credit Unions, where effective internal and external communication strategies were developed, and Manager of Media and Communications at Talquin Electric Cooperative, Inc., overseeing communications and community outreach initiatives. Education includes a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communication from West Virginia University and a Bachelor's degree in Christian Studies from Baptist University of Florida.
