Prior to his employment at GICW, he served as President & CEO of Goodwill Industries of the Miami Valley (Dayton, Ohio). Michael began his Goodwill career in 1976 as a Vocational Development Specialist for Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin (Milwaukee).
