Rodney Carroll

Rodney Carroll is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail management and operations. Currently serving as Vice President at Goodwill Industries of Tulsa since August 2022, Rodney previously held the position of Regional Director of Operations and Training at Goodwill Industries of the Greater East Bay from June 2020 to July 2022, where responsibilities included leading and directing nine retail locations and developing training programs. Prior to this role, Rodney spent a decade at The TJX Companies, Inc., starting in July 2010 and culminating in a position as Retail Store Manager.
