Evan Millar is an experienced software engineering manager currently leading the Google Photos Storage team at Google since December 2014. Previously, Evan held roles as a staff software engineer managing various Google Photos Android teams, and as a senior software engineer focusing on features such as Stories and Smart Albums. Earlier in Evan's career at Google from 2007 to 2013, significant contributions were made to the Android Messaging team and core Android applications including contacts and Gmail. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
