Tasia Hudson

Tasia Hudson is a seasoned professional in human resources management, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Performance Management and Development at Google since June 2022, where Tasia leads a team to implement performance strategies. Previously, Tasia held multiple HR leadership roles at Raytheon Technologies, including Sr. People Partner and Associate Director of Human Resources. Tasia also gained extensive experience at Pratt & Whitney as an HR Manager and other HRBP roles, and at General Mills in change management within the HR division. Tasia started in human resources with internships at both General Mills and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where Tasia also worked as a Graduate Advisor. Tasia holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
