Matthew Heiges

Matthew Heiges, CCP is an experienced professional in the field of compensation, HR, and business administration. Matthew currently serves as the Head of Compensation at Gopuff, and previously held roles such as Compensation Partner at Peloton Interactive and VP, Compensation Manager at PNC. With a background in private banking, asset management, and investments, Matthew has also worked as a Compensation Consultant, HR Business Partner, Senior Compensation Analyst, and HR Rotational Analyst. Matthew holds a Master of Business Administration from Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Pittsburgh.
