Gorica was founded in 1990 as a specialist Comercial Vehicles, Trailers and Truck bodies Company, based in the Al-Aweer Industrial Area, Dubai under the registered identity of GORICA Trading. In 1993 the Company outgrew its premises and GOTRADE L.L.C. was established. The service facility now widely referred to as GOTRADE Workshop opened soon afterwards in 1995, with a branch office in Abu Dhabi in support of the growing demand and sales of GORICA products, spare parts and components. In light of major expansion works, manufacturing facilities were shifted in 1998 to the Jebel Ali Industrial Area. An Industrial unit GORICA Industries L.L.C. was established covering an area of over 50,000 sq. mtrs including 20,000 sq. mtrs of covered area for fabrication, equipped with overhead cranes and other modern machinery. Both GORICA Industries and GOTRADE are ISO 9001 certified Companies.
