Product Development Manager

What you will be doing:
‧ Oversee product development processes, ensure alignment with business goals, and coordinate cross-teams.

What you will need:
‧ Bachelor's degree or higher 
‧ 5+ years of work experience, including more than 3+ years in software product development
‧ Basic understanding of computer science
‧ A degree in Computer Science is preferred
‧ Experience with deep learning based image processing or cybersecurity products is a plus.
‧ Intermediate English proficiency, capable of internal communication, explanations, and document writing.
‧ Proactive personality with strong communication skills, capable of understanding the needs of clients or superiors externally, and effectively communicating with engineers and other team members internally. Able to coordinate cross-departmental teams for product development.
‧ Possesses strong logical and time management skills, able to comprehend client requirements and translate them into executable tasks based on internal resources.
‧ Capable of managing market demand for assigned products, understanding their application principles, analyzing the market, proposing future product directions, and suggesting practical development approaches based on human resources, development schedules, and budgets.
‧ Proficient in document writing, able to draft requirement documents and present completed products.
‧ Able to proactively identify issues with the product or development process, conduct preliminary analysis of complex problems, and utilize internal resources to resolve them.
