Susan Treadway has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Susan started their career as a Project Manager and Senior HR Consultant at BankBoston, where they developed career transition programs and overhauled HR policies. Susan then joined Bank of America/FleetBoston Financial as the Director of HR Info Mgmt & Project Svcs, where they launched the first HR portal and focused on reducing turnover. Susan later transitioned to the role of Director of Human Resources Operations at First Marblehead Corporation, where they built HR infrastructure and implemented an HRMS solution. Susan then worked as a Consultant at Keystone Associates, providing career counseling and training services. Susan's next role was as the Director of HR Operations & Shared Services at athenahealth, where they focused on improving healthcare services and creating a fast-paced environment. Currently, Susan is the VP of Global People Operations at GoTo, where they have built a strong HR Operations function and enabled engaging employee experiences.
