Allen Deitz is currently the Executive Vice President of the Growth Enablement Team at Salient CRGT. Allen has served in this role since July 2018, reporting to the CEO and leading a multi-disciplinary team responsible for enabling sustainable, long-term growth for the company. Under their leadership, Salient CRGT has seen significant increases in new business submissions and an exceptional win rate.
Prior to joining Salient CRGT, Allen had a long and successful career in the government contracting space. Allen has held leadership positions at several companies, including serving as a senior adviser across the opportunity pipeline and participating as a strategist and coach on top opportunities. In addition, they were a key leader in the sale of Salient CRGT to WCAS and GovCIO.
Allen is a proven leader with a track record of success in enabling growth for their companies. Allen is passionate about developing and championing solution, capture, and proposal talent and fostering a company-wide growth culture.
Allen Deitz has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University.
