Mitch Evans

Mitch Evans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and corporate leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial & Growth at GradConnection since May 2025, Mitch also holds significant positions at Youturn Youth Support as Chair and Non-Executive Director, and serves on two advisory boards for the Queensland Government, focusing on skills implementation and domestic violence. Previously, Mitch held multiple leadership roles at SEEK, culminating as Head of National Corporate Enterprise & Global Accounts, and was Managing Director at Ultimate Recruitment, which resulted from merging their flagship recruitment brand, EvansEMR. Educational credentials include an MBA from Queensland University of Technology, a Diploma in International Business from the University of New England, and completion of the MAICD program with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
