Marcus Ting

Marcus Ting is a seasoned professional currently serving as Chief of Staff at Grain since October 2018, where responsibilities encompass strategy, people operations, and business finance. Previously, Marcus held the roles of Lead and Senior Associate in People Operations at Grain, playing a pivotal role in optimizing organizational structures and guiding decisions, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Marcus began the People Operations function at Grain and was instrumental in implementing the company's business continuity plan. Prior to Grain, Marcus worked as a Legal Associate at Legis Point LLC, handling corporate and commercial law matters and is a qualified member of the Singapore Bar. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore and completion of the International Baccalaureate at Anglo-Chinese School (Independent).
