Aj Minnetian

AJ Minnetian is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in strategic planning and financial management across various leading companies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Finance, FP&A and Strategy at Grammarly since April 2024, AJ directs core FP&A functions for the B2C business. Prior to this role, AJ was the Head of Strategic Planning at Google from December 2020 to March 2024, where a finance transformation was led at Google Fiber. Previously, AJ held key positions at Hulu, eHarmony, and Experian, focusing on financial strategies, revenue growth, and corporate development. AJ holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University.
