Vrinda Shah

Vrinda Shah, CFA, currently serves as the VP of FP&A at Grammarly since December 2024. Previously, Shah held the position of VP of Finance and Acting CFO at ThoughtSpot from April to November 2024, contributing to an AI-powered analytics platform. At Unity Technologies, from January 2021 to March 2024, Shah was the Head of Corporate Finance & Strategy, where responsibilities expanded following the company's IPO. Prior to that, Shah worked at Wells Fargo from April 2012 to December 2020, progressing from an Associate/Vice President role in Credit Risk to Director. Earlier experience includes investment banking at Goldman Sachs and consulting at Public Financial Management. Shah earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, Finance, and Marketing from The Wharton School.
