Ivan Tornes

Ivan Tornes is an experienced professional with a strong background in data science and research. Currently serving as Data Science Manager at Grange Insurance since March 2018, Tornes previously held roles such as Data Scientist and Senior Insights Analyst at Huntington National Bank. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Research Scientist at Battelle, where expertise in physics and engineering contributed to modeling and simulation projects, as well as building and designing HPC systems. Tornes holds a Ph.D. in Theoretical Condensed Matter Physics from The Ohio State University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio Northern University. Additionally, Tornes gained early experience as an intern at NASA Glenn Research Center from March 2000 to August 2001.
