Debbie Prette

Debbie Prette serves as the Sr Director of Implementation Services at Granicus, a position held since August 2021, where responsibilities include leading a team of 75 in delivering customer engagement for Software Implementation Projects across several product offerings. Prior to this, Debbie held the role of Sr Director of Implementation & Training at GovQA, focusing on successful customer implementations and training for public records request management software. Debbie's extensive background also includes significant experience at PowerSchool Group LLC, managing Professional Services consultants and providing implementation support for K-12 education customers. Earlier roles include various positions at SunGard K-12 Education and a Network Systems Analyst position at the Village of Hoffman Estates. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from St. Norbert College and has completed further education at Northern Illinois University.
