Jessica Moy

Jessica Moy has over a decade of experience in client management and service at Granite Telecommunications, where Jessica currently serves as Managing Director. In this role, Jessica has successfully led client service teams, improved client relationships, and advocated for customer needs while enhancing overall customer experience. Previous positions at Granite included Senior Manager of Premier Accounts and Senior Supervisor of Premier Accounts, where Jessica managed large-scale projects and implemented strategies to boost customer satisfaction. Early career experiences include roles at AZKA Management as an Account Manager, Pemi Baker Community Health as an intern, and Plymouth State University as a Communications Department Administrator. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Plymouth State University and has furthered education at the University of Buenos Aires.
