Peter Fencak

Peter Fencak has extensive work experience in finance and operations roles. Peter began their career at EY where they worked as an Audit Senior from May 2011 to June 2014 and later became an Audit & Advisory Manager from July 2014 to August 2018. In these roles, they were responsible for various assurance and advisory projects.

Following their time at EY, they joined Filip a Sofie s.r.o. as the CFO from September 2018 to June 2019. Their responsibilities included managing and coordinating outsourced finance activities, designing business cases for a fintech start-up, budget management, and designing sales team motivation schemes.

Currently, they are working as the Chief Operating Officer at GraphAware starting from January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Finance Director from November 2019 to December 2022.

Peter Fencak received their education from Masaryk University Brno from the years 2004 to 2009. During this time, they obtained an Ing. degree in Financial Management. In addition, they attended the University of Patras from 2008 to 2009, focusing on Economics. Peter Fencak has also obtained several certifications, including Scrum Foundation from TAYLLOR & COX in July 2018, PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2018, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) developer certification from UiPath in July 2017. Although they have mentioned ACCA and CFA as certifications, it is not specified when or where they obtained them.
