Sheldon Carvalho

Sheldon Carvalho has over 17 years of work experience in customer success, coaching, and teaching. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at Graphite Systems (graphiteConnect). Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Entrata from 2021-2022, where they directly managed 12 property management clientele and augmented customer service experience to assist with company growth. From 2019-2021, they were the Director of Operations at the University of Utah, where they managed a team of 26 people, a six figure budget, and administrative functions. Sheldon also served as a Volunteer Assistant Coach at the University of Utah Women's Volleyball Program from 2019-2021, where they coached 22 volleyball players and created scouting reports. From 2015-2019, they were the Associate Head Coach at the University of Alaska Anchorage Women's Volleyball Program, where they coached 54 volleyball players and coordinated player recruiting activities. From 2013-2015, they were a School Counselor and Head Girl's Volleyball Coach at American Leadership Academy, where they mentored students in 7-12 grades and coordinated and collaborated in creating Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for Special Education students. From 2010-2013, they were the Head Coach at Western Texas College Women's Volleyball Program, where they coached 42 volleyball players, organized team recruiting, and managed the volleyball program budget. From 2008-2010, they were a Special Education Counselor and Mathematics Teacher at American Leadership Academy, where they mentored students in grades 7-12 and implemented math teaching techniques in Algebra I & II/Geometry. Finally, from 2006-2008, they were a Mathematics Teacher, Intermediate Special Education Counselor, and Varsity Blue Division Head Coach at Kahuku High School, where they mentored students in grades 7-12, developed Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and academic programs to aid Special Education student learning.

Sheldon Carvalho has an extensive education history. Sheldon obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Mathematics Teacher Education from Brigham Young University in 2004. Following this, they earned a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology - School Counselor from Chaminade University of Honolulu in 2008. Most recently, they are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
