Dom Lashley has a diverse work experience in the fields of XR/Web3, content development, video production, and editing. They started their career at Blonde in 2013 as a Video Editor and also worked as a Video Content Producer at Matter&Co during the same year. In 2014, they joined The Jamie Oliver Group as a Videographer, where they launched Jamie Oliver's Drinks Tube and played a significant role in growing the YouTube audience. They then transitioned to become a Producer Director at the same company in 2015.
