Aditya C. Bharadwaj

Aditya C. Bharadwaj is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various prominent companies. Currently serving as General Counsel at Great Place To Work US since April 2022, Aditya also holds the position of Legal Director and AI Governance Practice Lead at UKG since January 2022. Previously, Aditya was General Counsel at Ascentis from January 2020 to February 2022, overseeing legal and compliance matters for the SaaS provider. Prior roles include Corporate Attorney at SPS Commerce, Attorney II/Project Manager at Open Access Technology International, Associate Attorney at Bluestem Brands, and Attorney at Zimmerman Reed. Aditya earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
