Hannah Merk

Hannah Merk is an experienced educator currently serving as a Fourth Grade Teacher for the Greater Clark County School District since July 2017. In addition to teaching, Hannah plays a key role as the Vice President of Finance for the Ball State University Dance Marathon, overseeing a finance team, managing financial updates, and organizing fundraising efforts. As Executive Director of Mini Marathons, Hannah developed a guidebook to assist high school students in running their own dance events, while also collaborating with multiple high schools. Earlier experience includes serving as a Resident Assistant, where administrative responsibilities and community building were emphasized, and as a Daycare Teacher at Seeds of Knowledge Daycare and Preschool, focusing on creating safe learning environments and developing lesson plans. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Ball State University.
