Rachel Zaydak

Rachel Zaydak is an experienced manager with a diverse background in volunteer engagement, operations, and customer service. Currently serving as the Volunteer Engagement Center Manager at Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank since October 2018, Zaydak leads daily operations, manages volunteer experiences, and coordinates cross-team efforts to optimize product flow. Previous roles include Special Distributions Coordinator at Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, Mobility Specialist at Aires, and various educational and customer service positions at organizations such as Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens and the Alice Austen House Museum. Rachel holds a BA in English, Anthropology, and Spanish from Wagner College.
