David Kearney

David Kearney currently serves as the Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at Greencore since March 2024. Previously, Kearney held several significant roles at Goodbody from May 2005 to November 2023, including Head of Corporate Broking and Head of Origination in Investment Banking, where responsibilities included strategic and financial advisory, business development, and overseeing institutional equity sales. Kearney was a key player in managing transactions as an Associate Director in Goodbody Corporate Finance and also contributed as a Non-Executive Director at EIIS Management Limited from 2015 to 2019. Earlier experience includes an Executive role at AIB Corporate Finance focusing on financial analysis and project management. Kearney holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Commerce (International) from the University of Galway and studied at KEDGE Business School.
