Mark Goldenberg

Mr. Mark Goldenberg is an Corporate Counsel at GreenHills Ventures. Mr. Goldenberg is an experienced corporate attorney, concentrating his practice in the areas of capital markets, venture capital and investment transactions, and corporate governance. Prior to joining GreenHills Ventures, he was associated with several prominent law firms in New York City, where he specialized in securities offerings, corporate transactions, and compliance with SOX, Dodd-Frank, FINRA and SEC rules. Mr. Goldenberg holds an Israeli law degree as well as an American law degree from Cornell Law School and is admitted to the New York Bar.
