Rick DeVries is a multifaceted change agent with high-level servant leadership experience in corporate and not-for-profit organizations. His diverse vocational background includes high tech startups, publishing companies, faith-based organizations, and consultancies. Strategically cultivating strategies and working with groups of executives, staff, and volunteers; Rick equips and empowers teams towards achieving impactful outcomes within the organization and beyond.
A student of organizational leadership and strategy in the final stages of obtaining a terminal degree, he is an avid life-long learner. Building on a University of Illinois Chicago bachelor's and an MBA from the University of Chicago – an organizational leadership Ph.D. in progress at Concordia University Chicago compliments his extensive experience with scholarly perspective.
