Dor Zohar began their work experience in 2012 as a Dining Room Manager at "Ein Gedi Hotel". Dor then worked as a Manager at Caldo gourmet pizza bar from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they joined High Tower Consulting & Management Ltd. as a Deputy Manager, and in 2018, they became a Production Manager at Strauss-FritoLay. During their time at Strauss-FritoLay, they managed the production and packaging processes for the organization's main lines. Dor also led a team of about 150 employees and was involved in strategy management and implementing an extensive automation project. Currently, Dor Zohar is working at GreenOnyx as the General Manager of the Production Farm, where they are responsible for establishing and managing the first farm of its kind in the world.
Dor Zohar completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Organizational Behavior Studies at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2014 to 2016. Following this, from 2017 to 2019, Dor pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the same university.
