Matan Gal is also a food-tech new markets and products consultant at Matan Gal - creative culinary & hospitality since October 2015, focusing on consulting, market strategies, and project leadership. As Founder and CEO of La Familia Hospitality since May 2002, Matan Gal has led creative culinary initiatives. Previously, Matan Gal co-founded and served as CEO of Greenfield resto-cafe & events from February 2010 to April 2019, and played a key role in launching igloo ice cream on the rocks from 2007 to December 2012, introducing a unique ice cream concept in Tel Aviv.
