Jason Holder

Jason Holder is an experienced executive in property management and asset development, currently serving as the Interim Chief Property Officer at GreenSquareAccord since January 2024. With a strong background at Watmos Community Homes as the Director of Property from March 2021 to January 2024, Jason focused on resident-led services and managed a challenging portfolio comprising primarily flats and high-rise buildings. Previous roles include Associate Director of Service Delivery at Bromford Group, where services were provided to 44,000 homes, and Head of Home Maintenance, overseeing a budget of approximately £32 million for repairs and maintenance for 26,000 homes. Jason began their career as an Architectural Technologist at Lichfield District Council and has held various management positions across multiple organizations, complemented by a solid educational foundation in housing and building studies from Birmingham City University and Walsall College.
