Raita Haarla has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Partner at Greenstep since September 2015, guiding and supporting leaders across various business areas in HR matters. Previous roles at Greenstep include Senior HR Specialist and HR & Employee Experience Specialist, where Raita took charge of onboarding processes and the entire employment relationship lifecycle. Raita started in HR as a Junior HR & Marketing Specialist, managing administrative tasks and internal events. Earlier experience includes working as a Marketing Assistant and Trainee Marketing Assistant at FIM. Raita holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and completed the Finnish Matriculation Examination at Jämsän lukio.
