Rachel Cerato is an experienced professional currently serving as the ACCEL Program Manager and Community Coordinator at Greentown Labs since June 2023, where responsibilities include facilitating connections within the climatetech startup community, organizing over 80 events, and leading internal organization projects. Previous roles include Content Writer for Tastemakers Magazine from 2019 to 2023, and Environmental Research Associate at Climable.org, contributing to energy resilience projects for the City of Cambridge. Additional experience encompasses a Sustainability and Health Community Team Co-op at Solve - MIT, peer mentoring at Northeastern University, and serving as a Professional Role Model at YMCA Camp Coniston. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Environmental Studies from Northeastern University.
